Description:

 

• Fowler bed with detachable headboards in HDPE (High-density polyethylene), thigh-strength injected thermoplastic;

• Bed chassis (superior) built in profiled carbon steel tubes;

• Articulated bed-frame in 4mm thick TS structural sheet and 6mm acrylic in the dorsal region (pptional);

• Four spots to support IV drips;

• Four side rails in HDPE (High-density polyethylene), thigh-strength injected thermoplastic with linear retraction system, through pneumatic shock absorbers that allow the retraction to the bed, facilitating the transfer of the patient, with lock and unlock security system;

• Fowler, semi fowler, sitting, legs flexing, vascular, bed elevation, trendelenburg and proclive movements executed by four linear actuators with digital control box, shielded with IPX4 or IPX6 degree of protection;

• Surface treatment consists by process of pickling, degreasing, phosphating, powder electrostatic painting with epoxy-polyester resin, polymerized in an oven at 200 degrees centigrade, excellent chemical and mechanical resistance;

• Comes with 6" rotation with brake;

• Bed chassis (inferior) built in profiled carbon steel tubes, covered by fairing with 5-wheel directional system operated by pedals;

• Bed subdivided into 4 sections, one fixed and 3 movable, total length of 1905mm, and useful space of 1980mm x 900mm;

• Wall protectors, in the four corners of the bed (bumpers);

• CPR System – Cardiorespiratory Recovery Lever – Quick Release;

• Angle indicator of Bed Inclination and Dorsal region;

• Faring in ABS inferior chassis; 

• Power supply: 100-240V – 50/60 Hz - (Bi-volt);

• Maximum capacity: 280kg (distributed over the bed).

Movements:

 

The movements are carried out by pressing the buttons of the handheld remote control, as well as through the supervisory command that restricts and limits activations that are not allowed to the patient.

The control allows simultaneous combined operation, with smooth movements without jerks, allowing safe, reliable and comfortable operation for the user.
