Hospital Bed 2455 with Scale Integrated

Bed: articulated bed in carbon steel. Subdivided into 4 sections, one fixed and 3 movable, total length of 1900mm, and useful area of 1900mm x 900mm;

 

Base: bed chassis (superior) built in profiled carbon steel tubes 50 x 30 x 1,5mm. Four spots to support IV drips;

 

Structure: chassis inferior built in profiled carbon steel tubes, covered by fairing, resistant to impacts;

 

Headboard and footboard: fowler bed with detachable headboard and footboard in  com cabeceira e peseira removíveis in HDPE (High-density polyethylene), thigh-strength injected thermoplastic;

 

Side rails: Four side rails in HDPE (High-density polyethylene), thigh-strength injected thermoplastic with linear retraction system, through pneumatic shock absorbers that allow the retraction to the bed, facilitating the transfer of the patient, with lock and unlock security system, tilt angle indicators on the back and foot rails;

 

Movements: Fowler, semi fowler, sitting, legs flexing, vascular, trendelenburg, bed elevation and proclive movements, simultaneous elevation and return of the back and legs, leg rest on racks, executed by four linear actuators with control box, shielded with IPX4 degree of protection;

 

Rotation: With 5" (150mm) rotation, with center brake system (full brake), with pedal operated steering wheel on both sides of the bed;

 

Finishing: Surface treatment consists by process of pickling, degreasing, phosphating, powder electrostatic painting with epoxy-polyester resin, polymerized in an oven at 200 degrees centigrade, excellent chemical and mechanical resistance.
